Kristian Giesen is a management consultant and professor at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Stuttgart. As a management consultant, his areas of specialisation include risk management, early crisis detection and decision-making under uncertainty. At Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Volker Reichert is responsible for internal audit, risk management (including emergency management) and the internal control system – all in a senior management role. The existing members of the Executive Board and Michael Jahn-Kozma, as Chairman of the Executive Board of RMA, were re-elected.
Johannes Göller, an entrepreneur, researcher, lecturer and chair of the board of the Centre for Risk and Crisis Management, is a new member of the advisory board. Also joining the board are Stefan Hunziker, Professor of Risk Management at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Head of Research at the IFZ and Programme Director of the MSc in International Financial Management, Klaus Bockslaff, Managing Director of Verismo GmbH and a member of the Board of Directors of Continis AG and Geva Johänntgen, Head of Controlling OEI/SES at Lufthansa Technik AG.
The RMA is thus well-positioned to take on future tasks as an independent representative body for risk management, credit ratings and crisis management in German-speaking countries. Furthermore, the RMA will once again be represented at Gesamtverband der versicherungsnehmenden Wirtschaft with a presentation by Michael Jahn-Kozma and Ralf Kimpel, the Chair of the Advisory Board.
